Herb Rubbed Rib Roast

Ingredients
  Standing rib roast 10 Pound, bone in (1 Piece, 4.5 Kilogram)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), thinly sliced
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Cabernet sauvignon 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), finely chopped
  Chopped fresh thyme 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh rosemary 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh italian parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Grated fresh horseradish 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Make an incision every 2" (5 cm) on the roast and insert slices of garlic.
Mix together all marinade ingredients and rub over the roast.
Let roast stand for 1 hour at room temperature.
Preheat oven to 350ºF (180°C).
Bake roast in oven for 2 hours (or 20 minutes per pound) for medium-rare, or until temperature on meat thermometer registers 150°F (66°C).
Serve with horseradish.
