Chili is an all time American favorite. This Chili has been made to meet your La weight loss regime. Low in sodium and calories, you can continue eating all your favorite food even while on the diet. I just love this delicious recipe. It is a anytime welcome dish on mine. Try it!! Do let me know how it turned out for you.
  Lean sirloin 1 Pound
  Beef broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onions 4
  Tabasco sauce 3 Drop
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomato 1 Medium
  Cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Take a saucepan and add in the ground beef. Add in the garlic and onions and sauté till brown. Add in the rest of the ingredients including the broth. Let boil. When it comes to a boil, reduce heat, cover and let simmer till the beef is well cooked and all the ingredients are well blended. Serve with bread of your choice.
