  Burgundy wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salad oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), mashed
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Marinate meat overnight or at least 4 to 5 hours in wine sauce.
