Sautéing Certified Angus Beef
1. Preheat sauté pan over medium-high heat.
2. Slice desired Certified Angus Beef ® cut very thin so that it will cook very fast.
3. Season beef with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
4. Add thin layer of oil to preheated sauté pan until hot.
5. When the oil begins to smoke, add seasoned beef.
6. Agitate and stir beef constantly for 2-3 minutes until beef reaches desired doneness.
