Beef Short Ribs
|Lean short ribs||6|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Celery||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Only Kikkoman Brand)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Chili powder||1⁄4 Tablespoon|
|White wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Brown short ribs, then add garlic.
Add remaining ingredients and cover tightly.
A few small carrots and potatoes may be added if desired.
Bake at 325° for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
