Spicy Beef Dip

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Cook beef, onion and garlic in a skillet until meat is browned and onion is tender.
Drain off fat.
Stir in next 4 ingredients.
Cover and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Spoon off excess fat.
Add cheeses.
Heat until cream cheese melts and is well-combined.
It's easy to double this recipe; keep warm in a slow cooker on low heat for easy serving during your party.
