Baron Of Roast Beef

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 60 Milliliter
  Dry mustard 30 Milliliter
  Basil 5 Milliliter
  Thyme leaves 3 Milliliter
  Chervil 3 Milliliter
  Salt 3 Milliliter
  Baron of beef 2 1⁄4 Kilogram
  Worcestershire sauce 30 Milliliter
  Chopped onion 1
  Chopped carrots 2
  Chopped celery stalks 2
  Bay leaf 1
  Red wine 250 Milliliter
  Beef broth/Water 250 Milliliter
Directions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
Mix the flour, mustard and seasonings together.
Rub into the roast.
Place roast into a roasting pan.
Pour Worcestershire over roast.
Surround roast with the vegetables and bay leaf.
Pour in the red wine and water.
Bake to desired doneness, basting often.
Use the pan juices to make gravy.
