Creamed Dried Beef On Boiled Potatoes
|Potatoes||4 Medium (Peeled)|
|Dried beef||5 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender; drain.
Meanwhile, saute beef in butter in skillet for 3 minutes.
Blend in flour and pepper.
Remove from heat and stir in cream gradually.
Return to low heat and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Serve on hot potatoes.
Makes 4 servings.
