Ingredients
  Beef round steak 4 Pound, cut 3/4 inch thick
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Instant beef bouillon granules 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY 1) Cut meat into 3/4 inch cubes. MAKING 2) In skillet, cook meat until brown in hot oil. 3) Add remaining ingredients along with a cup of water. 4) Bring it to a boil. 5) Cover and simmer for about 45-50 minutes and stir occasionally. 6) Set aside to cool. 7) Into 4 moisture-vapor proof containers, spoon the meat broth. 8) Seal, label and freeze. SERVING 9) Serve.
