Corned Beef & Cabbage Casserole

|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped cooked corned beef||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Shredded pasteurized process cheese food||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Shredded carrot||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Caraway seed||1 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix together potatoes and parsley; spoon into 2-quart casserole.
Mix together remaining ingredients; spoon over potatoes.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated
