Beef Braised Sirloin Chops With Mushroom

Ingredients
  Boneless sirloin pork chops 4 (3/4 inch thick)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Mushrooms 8 Ounce, sliced
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Beer 8 Ounce (room temperature)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Lightly flour chops. Melt butter in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until foaming. Brown chops quickly on both sides. Remove, reserve. Add green onion, garlic, mushrooms and thyme and sauté an additional minute. Return chops to skillet, add beer; bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover and simmer 7-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with noodles, garnished with parsley, if desired.

first, you have to decide whether this is beef or pork. The title says "Beef-Braised Sirloin Chops" and the recipe says "4 boneless sirloin pork chops". Then decide whether it is mashroom or mushroom. wtf
