Beef And Cheese Wedges

Ingredients
  Basic mix biscuit 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolk 1 , beaten
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Italian seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Beaten egg 1
  Beaten egg white 1
  Cream style cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shredded swiss cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Stir Basic Biscuit Mix, egg yolk, and milk together.
Form into a ball.
Roll dough 1/8 inch thick on floured surface; fit into 9-inch pie plate and flute edge.
In skillet combine ground beef, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Cook till beef is browned.
Drain off excess fat.
Spoon meat mixture into biscuit shell.
Combine egg, egg white, and cottage cheese; spoon over meat mixture.
Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
Top with the shredded Swiss cheese; bake 10 minutes more.
