Barbecued Beef Tri-Tip

Ingredients
  White vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Green onions 3 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Beef tri tip 1 1⁄2 Pound
Directions

Mix all ingredients except beef. Pour over beef in shallow pan and refrigerate 24 hours. Remove from marinade and grill to desired doneness. Slice thinly. Bring remaining marinade to a boil and dip beef slices in it before adding to omelet.
