Crockpot Corned Beef
|Corned beef brisket||4 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Finely chopped garlic/Minced garlic||3 Clove (15 gm)|
|Cabbage||1 , cut into 6-8 pieces|
|Crushed black pepper||1 Teaspoon|
Add a layer of onion on the crockpot. Sprinkle the garlic. Add in the pepper, sugar, vinegar and bay leaf . Now place the corned beef. Place the pieces of cabbage on the sides. Add water as required. Cover and cook for 7-8 hours on low heat. Open slice the beef and serve with the vegetables. A meal that is fit for a king.
