Crockpot corned beef

This corned beef recipe is a easy to make dish for your grand dinner. With very little preparation and effort you can have a delicious meal that would suffice for a really large group.
Ingredients
  Corned beef brisket 4 Pound
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped garlic/Minced garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Cabbage 1 , cut into 6-8 pieces
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Crushed black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Add a layer of onion on the crockpot. Sprinkle the garlic. Add in the pepper, sugar, vinegar and bay leaf . Now place the corned beef. Place the pieces of cabbage on the sides. Add water as required. Cover and cook for 7-8 hours on low heat. Open slice the beef and serve with the vegetables. A meal that is fit for a king.
