Sesame Beef Strips

Ingredients
  Sesame oil 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Light soy sauce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sherry 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), finley minced
  Ground ginger 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sirloin tip/Boneless eye of round, flash frozen and cut across grain into paper-thin strips 3 Pound, cut into strips
Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients in large shallow dish and blend well.
Add beef strips, turning to coat.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight turning occasionally .
Preheat broiler Thread beef onto skewers.
Dip into marinade, coating heavily .
Place on rack and broil 6 inches from heat source for 1 1/2 minutes.
Remove, dip in marinade again and broil on second side to desired doneness.
