Sesame Beef Strips
|Sesame oil||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Light soy sauce||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sherry||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), finley minced|
|Ground ginger||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Sirloin tip/Boneless eye of round, flash frozen and cut across grain into paper-thin strips||3 Pound, cut into strips|
Combine first 6 ingredients in large shallow dish and blend well.
Add beef strips, turning to coat.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight turning occasionally .
Preheat broiler Thread beef onto skewers.
Dip into marinade, coating heavily .
Place on rack and broil 6 inches from heat source for 1 1/2 minutes.
Remove, dip in marinade again and broil on second side to desired doneness.
