Beef And Bean Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Topside steak/Round steak 1 Pound, cut into thin strips (500 Gram)
  Kaffir lime leaves 2 , shredded
  Brown sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Light soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Fish sauce 1 Tablespoon (Nam Pla)
  Coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Heat oil and garlic together in a wok over a medium heat, increase heat to high, add beef and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until beef changes colour.
2. Add beans, lime leaves, sugar and soy and fish sauces and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until beans change colour. Stir in coriander and serve immediately.
