Barbecued Rolled Roast
|Boneless rolled beef||3 Pound (1 1/2 Kilogram)|
|Baked potatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Peas||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, minced|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Red wine||3 Tablespoon|
Combine onion, mustard, lemon juice, wine and oil and mix until smooth.
Insert the spit rod through the center of the meat and secure.
Sprinkle meat with seasoned pepper and place on the spit over medium hot coals.
Brush with the baste and cook for 1-1 1/4 hours for rare.
