|Vermicelli||12 Ounce, uncooked|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Butter/Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Beef broth||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Taco sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Jalapeno pepper||1 Medium, chopped|
|Garlic chips||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
Saute vermicelli and onion, in butter or oil, stirring constantly, until vermicelli is browned.
Combine beef broth, taco sauce, jalapeno (if desired) garlic chips and salt; stir into vermicelli, breaking the twists apart with a spoon.
Simmer uncovered, stirring constantly, until vermicelli is tender and sauce is thick, about 4 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
