Ranchero Pot Roast

Ingredients
  Beef broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bottom round roast 3 1⁄4 Pound
  Chili sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dried onion flakes 2 Tablespoon
Directions

TO HEAT BY AUTO SENSOR: In small bowl, combine garlic, pepper, and paprika; rub over roast.
In 2-quart oblong casserole dish, arrange roast and add 1 1/2 cups broth, chili sauce, onion and additional 1/2 cup water.
Cover completely with 2 pieces of plastic wrap.
Heat on COOK A2.
When time appears in display window, turn roast over; recover.
After heating, release plastic wrap.
Time: about 50 minutes.
TO HEAT BY TIME: Prepare cooking bag according to label directions.
In small bowl, combine garlic, pepper and ' paprika; rub over roast.
Place in cooking bag and add 1 cup broth, chili sauce and onion.
Set bag in medium microwave oven safe bowl; pull bag up around roast.
Close with twist-tie, wrap ends around closure or close with string.
Make 6 (1/2 -inch) slits in top of bag.
Heat at high5 minutes and at LOW 90 minutes.
