Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Catsup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned sauerkraut 8 Ounce, drained and snipped (1 Can)
  Cooked leftover beef 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into thin strips
  Hamburger buns 4 , split and toasted
Directions

In skillet cook onion in butter till tender but not brown. (Electric skillet 300°.)
Blend in catsup, brown sugar, water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, paprika, and chili powder; bring to boiling.
Add sauerkraut.
Cover; reduce heat (220°) and simmer about 10 minutes.
Add meat.
Simmer, uncovered, till meat heats through and barbecue sauce thickens.
Serve on toasted buns.
