Ingredients
  Boneless beef 1 Pound, diced
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Shallot 2
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Mushroom 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Beef broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cream/Sour cream 1 Tablespoon
  Thin cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Dice the beef into equal sized cubes.
2. Cut shallots and mushroom into thin slices..

MAKING
3. In a skillet, heat oil, saute for 5 minutes, add shallots and paprika, cook for another 5 minutes, add mushroom and beef broth, cook for 20 minutes.
4. Add cream and thin cream, mix well.

SERVING
5. Serve hot with egg noodles.
