Beef With Peppercorns

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Fresh green chilies 1 , chopped
  Topside steak/Round steak 1 Pound, sliced (500 Gram)
  Green peppercorns in brine 1 Tablespoon, drained and lightly crushed
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Fresh coriander leaves 3 Tablespoon
  Coconut milk 3 Fluid Ounce (1/3 Cup / 90 Milliliter)
  Thai fish sauce 2 Teaspoon (Nam Pla)
Directions

1. Heat oil in a wok over a high heat. Add garlic and chilli and cook for 1 minute. Add beef and peppercorns and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until beef is browned.
2. Stir in green pepper, coriander, coconut milk and fish sauce and cook for 2 minutes longer.
