Beef with Peppercorns
|Vegetable oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Fresh green chilies||1 , chopped|
|Topside steak/Round steak||1 Pound, sliced (500 Gram)|
|Green peppercorns in brine||1 Tablespoon, drained and lightly crushed|
|Green pepper||1 , chopped|
|Fresh coriander leaves||3 Tablespoon|
|Coconut milk||3 Fluid Ounce (1/3 Cup / 90 Milliliter)|
|Thai fish sauce||2 Teaspoon (Nam Pla)|
1. Heat oil in a wok over a high heat. Add garlic and chilli and cook for 1 minute. Add beef and peppercorns and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until beef is browned.
2. Stir in green pepper, coriander, coconut milk and fish sauce and cook for 2 minutes longer.
