|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Bouquet sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon (optional)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Flank steak||1 Pound, thinly sliced|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, cut into thin strips|
|Green onions||4 Small, chopped|
|Tomato||1 , cut into wedges|
In 2-qt casserole blend water, soy sauce, bouquet sauce, cornstarch, ginger and garlic powder.
Add flank steak, stirring to coat.
Stir in green pepper and onion.
Microwave at High 8 to 10 minutes, or until meat and green pepper are tender, stirring 2 or 3 times.
Stir in tomatoes.
Microwave at High 1 to 2 minutes, or until tomatoes are heated through.
