Tangy Beef Ribs

Ingredients
  Beef ribs 1 Kilogram
  Tomato sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Soft brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Chilli powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
Directions

CHOP RIBS into individual serving pieces, if necessary.
Bring a large pan of water to boil.
1.Cook ribs in boiling water 5 minutes; drain.
2.Combine tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, paprika, chilli powder and garlic in large bowl and mix well.
Add ribs to sauce.
Cover and marinate, in refrigerator, several hours or overnight.
Prepare and heat barbecue 1 hour before cooking.
3.Cook ribs on hot lightly greased barbecue grill or flatplate 10-15 minutes, brushing frequently with marinade, or until ribs are well browned and cooked through.
Serve with favourite barbecued vegetables or slices of grilled fresh pineapple, if desired.
