In a 2-quart casserole micro-cook base and apple cider or juice, covered, on 50% power (MEDIUM) about 8 minutes or till base is thawed, stirring once to break up base.
Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power (HIGH) 3 to 5 minutes or till boiling.
Reduce power to 70% (MEDIUM-HIGH).
Micro-cook, covered, about 30 minutes or till base is tender, stirring once.
Stir in cabbage.
Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power 5 to 6 minutes or till cabbage is crisp-tender.
In a 2-cup measure combine apple cider or juice, mustard, and cornstarch.
Stir apple juice mixture and pepperoni into beef mixture.
Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power (HIGH) 1 to 2 minutes or till thickened and bubbly, stirring once.
