Beef, Hungarian Style

Ingredients
  Beef round 2 Pound (1/4 inch thick)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Gravy sauce 1 Teaspoon (bottled)
  Onions 2 Medium, sliced
  Green pepper To Taste, cut into strips
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, cut into sixths
  Instant beef bouillon 1 Ounce (1 envelope)
Directions

About 1 1/2 hours before serving: Cut steak into 6 serving-size pieces.
In Dutch oven, saute steaks in butter until well browned.
Add bottled sauce for gravy, onions, green pepper, tomatoes, bouillon mix and 1 cup water.
Simmer, covered, about 1 hour or until steaks are fork-tender.
Serve with Garlic-Buttered Noodles.
(Pile noodles on heated platter; spoon steaks and sauce into center.)
