Fried Beef With Cucumber
|Beef||125 Gram (4 Oz)|
|Corn flour||1 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Slice the beef finely, and marinate for 30 minutes.
Cut the cucumber into wedge-shaped pieces; do not peel.
Deep-fry the beef slices for 30 seconds and drain well.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and gently stir-fry the cucumber wedges for 2 minutes.
Turn up the heat, add the beef and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Pour the seasoning sauce in at the edge of the pan, lift from the heat, mix well and serve.
