Beef Provencale

Ingredients
  Canned stewed tomatoes 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freezer beef squares 8 Ounce (1 Container)
  Zucchini 2 Small, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  Pitted ripe olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Heat tomatoes and garlic powder to boiling in 3-quart saucepan.
Break Freezer Beef Squares apart; stir into tomato mixture.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until beef squares are hot, about 10 minutes.
Stir in zucchini and olives.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until zucchini is crisp-tender, about 10 minutes.
