Roast Beef Stew

Ingredients
  Beef roast 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
  Potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Brown gravy mix 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Instant beef bouillon 2 Teaspoon, dissolved in 1 1/2 cups hot water
  Bay leaf 1
Directions

Combine all ingredients in 2-quart casserole.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 20 MINUTES on HIGH, or until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring twice.
Remove bay leaf.
