French Consommé Julienne

Ingredients
  Condensed consomme 21 Ounce (2 Cans, 10 1/2 Ounces Each)
  Water 240 Milliliter (2 Soup Cans)
  Celery leaves 4
  Onion slices 4
  Cooked vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into julienne strips (Such As Celery, Carrots, And Green Pepper)
Directions

Put first 4 ingredients in saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes.
Strain, and add vegetables.
Heat just to boiling, and serve.
