Corned Beef And Cabbage
|Cabbage head||2 Pound (1 Large Size)|
|Corned beef||1⁄4 Pound, thinly sliced|
Preheat grill for 10 minutes.
Cut cabbage into 6 wedges, leaving wedges attached at base.
Place on 24 x 18-inch double thickness of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Divide corned beef into 6 equal portions and place between wedges.
Sprinkle cabbage with beer and pepper.
Cook at MEDIUM with hood closed until cabbage is tender, 30 to 45 minutes.
