Glazed Beef Roast
|Beef rump roast||4 Pound (1 Piece)|
|Maple syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Savory seasonings meat blend||1 Teaspoon|
|Savory seasonings garden blend||1 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 300°.
Combine maple syrup, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
Stir in Meat Blend and Garden Blend.
Brush evenly over meat.
Place meat in shallow roasting pan.
Roast 1 1/2 to 2 hours for medium or until internal temperature reaches 140° to 150° on meat thermometer.
Let stand out of oven 5 minutes before slicing.
