Beer Basted Sirloin Steaks
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grainy mustard||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|White vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Beer||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
Place sugar, mustard, vinegar, beer, onion and bay leaf in pan, bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer gently uncovered 10 minutes, cool.
Pour mixture over steaks, stand 1 to 2 hours, turning steaks occasionally.
Barbecue until golden brown on both sides.
