Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Canned water chestnuts 8 1⁄2 Ounce, sliced (1 Can)
  Canned bean sprouts 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Frozen snow pea pods 6 Ounce, defrosted and drained (1 Package)
  Ground ginger 2 Tablespoon (Use Fresh)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat browning dish for 5 minutes.
Crumble ground beef into browning dish.
Stir.
MICROWAVE 3 MINUTES on HIGH.
Stir.
Drain.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on HIGH.
