Sauteed Dried Beef

Ingredients
  Beef 1⁄4 Pound, dried
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Separate slices of dried beef, saute them slowly in butter or margarine until slightly browned.
2. Use to garnish scrambled or creamed eggs; or, to top scalloped macaroni, potatoes or mixed vegetables. Or serve on toast as luncheon dish.
