Corned Beef Hash

Ingredients
  Chopped cooked corned beef 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped boiled potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Cream/Milk / stock 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix all ingredients except butter.
Melt butter in heavy skillet, add hash, and pat down evenly.
Cook very slowly until browned on the bottom.
Fold like an omelet and turn out onto a hot platter.
