Tandoori Beef With Grilled Limes
|Beef rib eye steaks||600 Gram (4 Pieces)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Tandoori paste||75 Gram (1/4 Cup)|
|Limes||4 Medium, halved|
|Mango chutney||175 Gram (1/4 Cup)|
|Plain yogurt||200 Gram|
|Finely chopped fresh coriander||2 Tablespoon|
1. Combine beef, garlic and paste in large bowl. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
2. Cook beef on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) about 10 minutes or until browned both sides and cooked as desired.
3. Meanwhile, add lime to grill plate; cook about 2 minutes or until browned.
4. Serve beef with lime halves, mango chutney, combined yogurt and coriander; accompany with steamed beans, if desired.
