Beef Steak With Rocket

Ingredients
  T bone steaks 800 Gram (4 Pieces, 200 Gram Each)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Wild rocket 200 Gram
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Freshly chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon (For Serving)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Brush the steaks with olive oil and season well with salt and pepper.
Heat a ridged griddle pan until smoking hot.
Add the steaks and cook for 2 minutes on each side to seal, then lower the heat and continue to cook for 4 minutes per side for medium-rare steaks, less if you prefer rare.
Transfer the steaks to a cutting board, cut the meat away from the bone, and slice it thickly.
Put a pile of rocket on four warmed plates and arrange the sliced meat on top.
Pour any juices from the steaks onto the meat and serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
