Pot Roast In Foil

Ingredients
  Chuck/Arm / blade pot-roast 3 Pound
  Dry onion soup mix 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Envelope)
Directions

Trim excess fat from meat.
Place meat in center of a piece of heavy duty foil; sprinkle with dry soup mix.
Bring edges of foil together and seal with double fold; seal ends with double fold.
Place seam-side up in shallow baking pan.
Bake at 350° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours until meat is tender.
