Ingredients
  Standing rib roast 4 1⁄2 Pound, boned and rolled
  Cajun seasoning 1 Tablespoon
  Buns 4 Large, split and buttered
Directions

Have meat at room temperature for about 1/2 hour.
Sprinkle with seasoning and rub in well over outer surface.
Place in roasting pan.
Roast uncovered in 325° F (170° C) oven for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours depending on degree of doneness preferred.
Place on cutting board on tray in prominent spot on buffet table.
Supply ketchup, Horseradish Sauce mustard, relish, salt and pepper.
