Mock Beef Rissoles

Ingredients
  Rice 115 Gram
  Radish 115 Gram
  Mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 30 Gram
  Capsicum 30 Gram
  Milk 295 Milliliter
  Lime 1
  Egg 1
  Breadcrumbs 30 Gram
  Oil 15 Milliliter (To Fry, Absorption)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Cook the rice in milk till tender.
2. Add grated radish, onion and chopped capsicum.
3. Add mustard, pepper, salt and lime juice.
4. Fold in whipped white of egg.
5. Roll in breadcrumbs. Deep fry. Drain and serve hot with tomato sauce.
