Soy Braised Beef With Vegetables

Ingredients
  Beef 4 Ounce (125 Gram)
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Sherry 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cornflour 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooking oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Small
  Tomatoes 2
  Soy sauce 3 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Tomato paste 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Pinch
  Sesame oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Cornflour 1 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut the beef into thin slices and marinate for 1 hour.
Cut the tomatoes and onion into thick slices.
Deep-fry the beef for 30 seconds; drain well.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the onion for 1 minute, without browning, add the tomatoes and stir-fry for 40 seconds.
Pour in the seasoning sauce and bring to the boil, adjust the seasoning and add the beef.
Thicken with the cornflour paste and serve.
