Marinated Beef Strips
|Beef sirloin steak||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Garlic salad dressing mix||10 Ounce (1/2-1 Package)|
Cut beef into 1/2-inch strips.
In medium mixing bowl or plastic bag, combine beef strips, water, vinegar and salad dressing mix.
Marinate 2 to 3 hours.
Remove meat from marinade; place on broiler pan or shallow baking pan.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 7 to 10 minutes until meat is slightly brown.
