Corn Beef Brisket
|Corned beef brisket||3 1⁄2 Pound|
|Onions||4 Medium, halved|
|Potatoes||4 , quartered|
Arrange onions and potatoes in bottom of a 5-quart casserole dish.
Place corned beef on top of vegetables.
MICROWAVE 15 MINUTES on HIGH, then 150 MINUTES on '5' (one 90 MINUTE period, one 60 MINUTE period).
Remove corned beef, potatoes and onions to a covered dish.
Cut cabbage in six pieces and place in the 5-quart casserole dish.
MICROWAVE 12 to 16 MINUTES on HIGH.
