Boiled Corned Beef
|Corned beef||5 Pound|
|Peppercorns||To Taste (Few Are Required)|
|Soup greens||1 Bunch (100 gm) (2 Sprigs Parsley, 1 Stalk Celery, 1 Leek)|
Wash meat well to remove brine.
Then place in a large kettle with cold water to cover.
Add peppercorns and soup greens, and bring to a boil.
After boiling 5 min remove scum, then cover, and simmer about 4 hrs or until tender.
Remove from water and serve hot or cold with Horse-Radish Sauce.
