My Favorite Beef Johnny Marzetti

Ingredients
  Wide egg noodles 10 Ounce, cooked and drained (1 Package)
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mushroom stems and pieces 2 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), pressed or finely chopped
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (Undiluted, 1 Can)
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  American process cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Crumble ground beef into 3-quart casserole.
Add onion, green pepper, mushrooms, garlic and pepper.
MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on HIGH, or until meat is set and onion is transparent.
Add cooked noodles and mushroom soup.
Mix well.
Pour tomato sauce over mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on HIGH, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let stand 3 minutes.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
