Sirloin Steaks

Ingredients
  Thick sirloin steaks 8 (2 inch)
Directions

Chill the steaks in the refrigerator.
Trim the fat.
Place 2 pieces of freezer paper between the steaks for easy removal.
Pack in a top-opening carton and seal.
Freeze immediately.
The steaks may be removed, one at a time or all at once, and cooked by favorite method.
