Ingredients
  Chopped cooked corned beef 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Finely chopped cooked potatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped beets 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Cooked / Canned)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 3 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Fat 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Lightly toss together all ingredients except fat; season to taste.
Melt fat in skillet; spread hash evenly over bottom.
Cook over medium heat till underneath side is brown and crusty.
