Fried Beef With Pickled Cabbage
|Beef||4 Ounce (125 Gram)|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Pickled cabbage||4 Ounce (125 Gram Canned Variety)|
|Chili/1/4 teaspoon chili oil||1 Small|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), chopped|
Cut the beef into matchstick shreds, marinate for 30 minutes.
Rinse the pickled,cabbage and Cut into 4-cm (1 1/2-in) lengths.
De-seed the chilli and cut it into shreds.
Deep-fry the beef for 20 seconds and drain well.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying-pan and fry the ginger, garlic and chilli for 15 seconds.
Add the pickled cabbage and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.
Then add the beef, mix well for 30 seconds and serve.
