Stir Fry Beef

Ingredients
  Beef sirloin tip/Beef top round 1 Pound
  Dry red wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced or pressed
  Minced fresh ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Thinly sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green bell pepper/Red bell pepper 1 Medium, seeded and cut into 1-inch squares
  Canned water chestnuts 8 Ounce, drained and sliced
  Thinly sliced green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Including Tops)
  Hoisin sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Hot cooked spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Fresh Or Frozen Spinach)
Directions

Slice meat into thin strips and place in a shallow dish.
Stir together wine, soy, garlic, and ginger; pour over meat and let stand for about 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a wok or wide frying pan over high heat; add meat and marinade and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Lift out meat and set aside.
At once add celery, bell pepper, water chestnuts, onion, and hoisin.
Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp (2 to 3 more minutes).
Return meat and any liquid to pan; stir until heated through.
Serve immediately over hot cooked spinach.
